Seahorse Diving Center – a PADI Authorized Five Star Dive Center – was founded by Jane Carr Avcu and Mehmet Avcu in 1997. Based in Fethiye, where the Aegean and Mediterranean meet, the center operates weekly liveaboard diving holidays aboard a traditional regional gulet.
